The Russian Blue was a former feral that I put together with the orange tabby as he was already a social butterfly. While at PetSmart at an adopt-a-thon, Lufkin Shelter brought some cats for display in small pet crates. Four of them were sneezing and we all know what that means -- instant euthanazia upon return. Couldn't stand it and pulled all 5, one of which is the orange Merle tabby featured in the attached pictures; fostered 3 and found a forever home for 2 right off the bat. All 5 have since been adopted.

At any rate, for those of you who do not recognize Chester, the Siamese, he is the little boy that Michele rescued from the feral colony behind King Buffet. He was in the best shape of the 4 kittens rescued. The others (including the one that Beverly and Paty are fostering) were in very bad shape. The 5th kitten didn't make it. It was touch and go on the other 4 but they are doing much better now thanks to Michele, her mom, and the Patys.
The attached pictures are from the adopter and definitely worth a thousand great words on animal rescue! Needless to say these adopters are firm believers in feral kittens!
