A college student left behind this gorgeous blonde male at the end of May. We suspect the college student graduated and moved on to make a new life for his or herself and in turn, made a new life for this domestic cat. He was unaltered and his life would have been very lonely had one of our O’Malley Alley Cat college student volunteers not stepped in. Gideon is now living the life of luxury with a youth pastor and his wife and they absolutely adore him. In fact, the have told their mother that Gideon is just like their child! The mother is so excited to finally being a grandmother!
Having Gideon in our lives is a pure joy. He is a very active cat with a
personality all his own, and his favorite activities include: the Sheet Game
(a fun experience that involves momentarily covering Gideon with a sheet and
tapping in different places while he swats at my hand), pouncing on feet,
hide and seek, and lying on top of our couch while we watch TV. He is a very
loving cat and “talks” to us quite frequently. Adopting Gideon from The
O'Malley Alley Cat Organization is one of the best decisions we have ever
made, and we cannot remember what our lives were like without him. We love
our kitty very much and we think he loves us, too.
Chad and Carol Ann

This trio of cuties was found at 3-weeks of age behind a local fast food restaurant where we have implemented the TNR program. One of our fosters nursed them back to health and had to bottle-feed the kittens for a few weeks. In the meantime, we have diligently set traps hoping to catch the mama cat, but she continues to elude us. We will continue to set traps in the hopes she will finally be trapped and spayed. Do keep your fingers crossed that we catch her soon before she becomes pregnant again!

A volunteer college student, who has helped us trap at a local apartment complex, decided she just had to keep Bo Jangles. Evidently, Bo Jangles was left behind by his previous owner to fend for himself. He and Honey get along fabulously and when our volunteer graduates, she is taking both babies home with her!

This gorgeous kitten is about 7-weeks old and is white with gray/cream markings. He was found at a convenience store off of a bush Highway in Nacogdoches. Evidently Douglass, now Creamy was abandoned at about 5-weeks of age and hadn’t had food or water for nearly a week until a caring person started feeding him.
Lucky for Creamy, one of our volunteers came to the rescue. Since that time, Creamy has been treated for a severe case of fleas, ear mites, and round worms. He tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV and was able to receive his first distemper shot. He was not strong enough to receive his feline leukemia booster. Not to worry though, Creamy is doing fabulously and is scheduled to get his feline leukemia booster in a week.
Creamy is the sweetest and quietest kitten that I have had the pleasure of fostering.
He is simply adorable and quite unassuming.

Max and Debbie and their 2 grown cats adopted Isabo and Morgan. These lovely ladies were found along with their 2 sisters and their mother in a field in the middle of the country. The mother a lovely Calico featured in the site was nearly starved. No need to worry about these sweeties as all 5 lovely ladies have been placed and are doing wonderfully.
